By accessing or using Polymarket Copy Trade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where prediction market trading is prohibited
• Have a valid cryptocurrency wallet compatible with our platform

Polymarket Copy Trade provides an automated copy trading service that allows users to mirror the trading activities of selected traders on prediction markets. Our services include:

• Copy Trading Bot: Automated execution of trades based on selected trader activities
• Trader Analytics: Performance metrics and historical data of traders
• Portfolio Management: Tools to manage your trading positions and settings
• Trade History: Comprehensive logs of all executed trades

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to manipulate or interfere with the platform's operation
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Understand and accept the risks associated with prediction market trading

Our platform offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee in USDC cryptocurrency
• Subscription periods are 30 days from the date of payment
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of Polymarket Copy Trade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred through the use of our platform
• We do not guarantee the performance of any trader you choose to copy
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
